At HawksShop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn sports apparel and equipment. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring all original tags and documentation are included inside.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
